'Don't Be That Way' showcases another side of Golden Fang – a hypnotic and darkly psychedelic seven minute sonic trip.
Musically, the band dim the lights and lean back, letting the groove drive the song on while Treloar and Redfern's guitars weave charismatic and intertwining riffs and open chords via effect pedals and bent notes - the impressionistic brushstrokes adding colour and shape while the rhythm section sways and pulses below. Donna Amini's voice adds a beautiful dreamy quality.
