"Maamaka", Mahakavi Kunnampurathu Varghese Simon (K. V. Simon), was a Malayalam Christian poet from Kerala, India. Simon authored/penned "Maamaka, aka Paadum Paramanu Parichodu Njan" along with around three hundred hymns, poems or songs and some thirty books.
