The Red Room
Listen
All India Radio's new album The Unified Field, a post-rock elegy for David Lynch, is available to preorder via Bandcamp from today.
The Red Room is a song that combines the sound of Morricone and Dylan Carlson (Earth) desert guitar twang, with the dreamy atmospherics of Pink Floyd and Mogwai.
The song blossoms into a cloud of shimmering, crystalline guitar notes and melodic bass before the iconic voice of Lynch himself enters the room – musing on such things as intelligence and creativity.
