The rhythm and its percussive elements, blending militant and industrial aspects, is one of the core aspects of the song, and indeed the album. Jamie's guitar sound is also a key ingredient - its woozy, shimmering churn adding tone and texture to the friction and energy of the music. It’s a shadowy rumination on being held hostage by a reoccurring dream.
