“I’ve named this EP ‘Osu Tape’ because I want to project my identity as an African youth from Osu — a very vibrant suburb in the heart of Accra, Ghana’s very own capital city. It’s very much needed to highlight where I come from with my very first body of work, the project features other talented artistes who hail from Osu or have a very strong connection to the suburb. This further explains why the songs in this body of work have a huge part of it in the native dialect of Osu which is the ‘Ga’ language; I featured it massively in all the songs listed for this EP”
